Orders received are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Please wait 3-5 business days for the product to be delivered to you after placement of the order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address to avoid delays.
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, PayPal and wire transfers.
Out of Stock Products
If you place an order and one of the items is on back order, you may choose to have the in-stock items delivered to you immediately. The remaining items will be sent as soon as it is back in stock.
Although we take the utmost care in the shipping and handling of each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we would be glad to replace that item at no cost to you, however, the item must not have been soiled or washed.
To arrange for the return of any faulty product, please email us at email@example.com. If a refund is requested, upon receipt of the returned product a full refund will be provided as soon as possible. The faulty product must be in our warehouse within 10 business days in order to receive a full refund. Please enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip in order to process your refund or exchange. After we receive the faulty product and it is inspected and approved for a full refund, the approved refund will be returned in the same manner in which the product was purchased. We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
